Wow it has been a journey to get to this moment. You can now purchase the 880 step manual to building a Tunnel Boring Machine out of LEGO® Technic(TM) elements from Rebrickable at this link.
After completing the first verison of the manual I thought great, I am all done. However, given my experience with the much smaller, Baggage Belt Loader, I knew I had to test the manual. Sure enough, during the deconstruction process (which you can view here) and the reconstruction process (which you can view here), Carolyn (the test builder) and I found around 130 improvements to the manual.
I think this will be the last video and post about the Tunnel Boring Machine. I will be now focusing my efforts on the next large Third Model project. For now, please enjoy this short video about the instructions:
